Our Story

BrightClient started off as a group of designers, marketers, and developers who wanted to create an online booking platform for tour and charter operators. During that process, we found that a shocking number of companies were still using pen and paper to manage their books. In addition, many of them had no way for customers to book online – costing them untold sums in lost revenue! The reason this was so shocking was because tour and charter companies spend too much time away from the office (running said tours and charters), which means there was little to no phone coverage during the day.

With BrightCalendar, we were able to help these small businesses manage their books and substantially increase their bookings over time. During this time, we found that the companies that were doing the best had robust marketing strategies, and also had modern and well-designed websites. These companies stood in stark contrast to the companies who had put little to no effort in their website design or Internet marketing efforts. We decided to take our marketing and website design expertise and use it to help the struggling businesses. Once again, we saw a dramatic increase in the amount of sales these companies were receiving.

At this point it was 2013, and both BrightCalendar and our web services were in full swing. We had earned the business of our 500th customer and were helping all 500 of those customers grow their businesses through design Internet marketing efforts. By 2014, we decided that we wanted our primary focus to be design and marketing services, which led to us spinning off and selling BrightCalendar.

As of 2015, we have expanded our business overseas. We have officially opened our first branch office in Asia in order to accommodate the growing demand we are finding in that part of the world.
